Join the protest rally and march in Washington, DC. on January 19th. We will start off with a rousing rally at Farragut Square (Connecticut Ave., 17th and K Streets, NW) and march to the White House in a candlelight procession.

Come out! Help us amplify the voice of the Palestinian people. We have a responsibility to demand that NO U.S. tax dollars go toward violating Palestinian rights!

The WikiLeaks truck has gone missing after the NYPD confiscated it. The truck’s owner is working with his lawyer to figure out where it has been taken. In the mean time interweb friends have been having one a big case of the lulz promoting this meme to raise awareness. Where has the Wikileaks truck gone? Pass the meme on…

Those who have known me for a while know that I have been snapping photos off of the Staten Island ferry during my commute to Manhattan for well over 10 years. I have hundreds of photos of the skyline and the many ways in which it has changed. These two photos were taken the last time I photographed the twin towers before they were destroyed. I’ve never posted any of the photos I have of the towers because of mixed feelings but today, on the tenth anniversary of their destruction, I feel at peace with remembering the way we were.
